Maxine Lange

Maxine Lange (MSc, CPsychol), the British founder of CCinternational is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, She set up her own consultancy in 1997 as a Business Psychology Practise to provide a broad spectrum of services to clients including coaching, assessment and senior team facilitation and development.

Maxine’s approach reflects her own background which combines both commercial and psychological perspectives. Her successful business career included heading a division of a global manufacturing company and working for an international advertising agency in London.

Prior to setting up her own business, Maxine’s consultancy experience encompassed the roles of Director of Professional Services, Senior Consultant and Head of Psychology with two leading career transition organisations.

During this time, the focus of her work and her primary interest has been upon developing and delivering innovative leadership development to senior business executives with an emphasis on obtaining a positive outcome for both the individual and the organisation.

The blue-chip client list spans a variety of sectors and functions including finance, retail, media, engineering, publishing and professional services.

Maxine frequently works at Board level and her clients have included CEOs, MDs and Directors of major companies.
