Hervé Saint-Aubert

Hervé Saint-Aubert is located in Paris, France. He is the French Founder of CCinternational. He provides executive coaching and team development services to a number of French and international clients looking back on more then ten years of experience as a consultant.
He has been involved in the design of and implementation of performance based solutions to improve organisational performance and in a number of client engagements dealing with post-merger human capital issues.

His experience includes a position as Staff Assistant to the Natioanl Assembly, four years in the Human Resource and three years in Sales and Marketing in a International company of the automotive sector. He joined a French management-consulting firm in Paris where he delivered coaching, executive development and change management processes. He has provided consultancy, coaching and team building for more than 60 companies in France, UK, USA, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Switzerland.

He holds an MA in Economics.from the University of Paris II, a MA in Politics at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and a BA in Sociology. He has published a number of articles and he often speaks at congresses and is invited to conferences Hervé is a member of the editorial committee of the review Ressources Humaines et Management and is co-author of Au Coeur de l’Entreprise. He speaks French, English.
