Renate Heimann

Renate Heimann, who lives in Cologne, has some 25 years experience in personnel and organisational development.

Renate’s initial training in commerce was followed by a degree in business studies. She is also qualified as a psychosynthesic therapist, a healer, a Reiki practitioner and a systemic constructivist coach.

For the first ten years of her career she was responsible for personnel development in a retail organisation, which included instigating an in-house continuous improvement programme - based on organisational development theory - and coaching at management level.

Renate’s core activities as a consultant incorporate change management, team and leadership development, coaching and the introduction and launch of a considerable range of management tools. She also has substantial experience in large group intervention and strategy, and supporting such processes is a high priority. Her client base is diverse and covers most business disciplines.

She is co-founder and director of an international charitable organisation and a member of numerous professional bodies and networks.

Her work is shaped by the motto ‘Become what you are’. As a ‘creative gold prospector’ she helps clients discover or re-discover their strengths in order to uncover and deploy hidden treasures.

Renate speaks English and German.
