Our purpose is to enable people and organisations to be more effective and to improve their performance.

CCinternational was created to respond to the growing demand for projects requiring the services of senior consultants experienced in their field.

Arising from long experience and acting as partners, we share the same pragmatic and ethical approach to coaching and consultancy, with a combined concern for empathy, putting into perspective and challenge. We share the same tools and approaches.

We have also set up a network of consultancy firms with whom we regularly collaborate.
